저희 오렌지 카운티 북부한인회는 2013년 9월 12일 나츠베리팜 호텔에서 150여명의 한인들이 참석한 가운데 주정수 초대회장님이 “OC북부한인회는 손길이 필요한 분들에게 다가가서 봉사하는 단체가 될 것”이라고 말씀과 함께 시작되어 10년이 된 비영리 단체입니다.
The Korean American Federation of North Orange County(“KAFNOC”) was attended by 150 Koreans at the Knott's Berry Farm Hotel on September 12, 2013, and the first president Jung-soo Joo said, “The Korean American Federation of North Orange County(“KAFNOC”) will become an organization that reaches out and serves those in need.” It is a non-profit organization that started with and has been around for 10 years.

As an organization representing The Korean American Federation of North Orange County(“KAFNOC”), this association promotes the healthy development and prosperity of the Korean-American community and advocates for the rights and interests of Korean-Americans. It aims to promote cultural exchange and friendship between the US and contribute to exchange and understanding with other ethnic communities.
